Rob Rice supports the firm by driving operational efficiency, scalability, and a high-quality client experience across all service channels. He focuses on optimizing workflows, leveraging technology, and ensuring strong coordination between advisors, operations, and client service teams, so advisors can stay focused on serving clients. Rob brings a disciplined, compliance-minded approach to operations while continuously improving processes, service standards, and performance metrics.

Rob has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, he combines a strong understanding of investment management, custodial and reporting workflows, and risk management with proven leadership and communications skills. His background includes extensive experience in client service, operational oversight, technology platforms, and coaching teams in fast-paced, highly regulated environments. He’s an experienced trader and has also worked in private placements and alternative investments.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and being outdoors. He’s an avid fisherman and enjoys hiking and golfing. He also likes firing up his smoker and spending time perfecting his barbeque – especially when it brings friends and family together.
